Andrew Udale-Smith MA FIA
Andrew is a senior pensions actuary, who co-founded bac after 25 years at Towers Watson, including 3 years as managing consultant of the Bristol office. As managing director of bac, he has helped build a client base with defined benefit liabilities of £60 billion.
Andrew advises companies on the full spectrum of pension issues and has particular experience in pension change, scheme/corporate restructuring and complex funding negotiations. As well as understanding the corporate pensions agenda, Andrew knows from first-hand experience how trustees think and how they are likely to respond to company proposals, not least as a result of his previous scheme actuary roles.
Andrew brings a healthy blend of technical, communication and commercial skills to the corporate actuary role.
